While attracting jobs is vital, we also need to avoid the chaos of random growth and development. I will work for controlled growth and a sensible plan that balances green spaces and farmland with homes and businesses.
I grew up fishing and camping in Jackson County with my grandparents, and we need to be good stewards of our environment, to give the beauties of God's Country to our grandchildren.
As a member of Summit Township's Zoning Board of Appeals, I currently work to balance the standards of our community with the needs of the homeowner and developer. As your County Commissioner, I will work even harder to balance growth and development with the need to maintain our county's many quality of life attractions.
